Hey, I can't be the only one experiencing this...
I'm having a lot of trouble trying to connect to various eepsites here.
at first, I thought it was an issue with the servers themselves but as I tried going to more site. I noticed that this issue is everywhere!
I keep getting "Host is down" errors from I2Pd 2.57.0 and I have to refresh the page until I can get it working...
Torrenting is fine though. I only get the usual issues from BitTorrent since "waiting on SAM from Acceptor Bridge" isn't a network issue.
Is this another attack on the I2P Network?

Frequently experiencing issues with I2P. is anybody else experiencing this?
Re: Frequently experiencing issues with I2P. is anybody else experiencing this?
There is probably no attack (at least right now).
One indicator of network's (or your connection's) instability is the tunnel creation success rate. Something like 15% would probably be considered low.
Some statistics on that metric can be seen on this page: http://toys.notbob.i2p/ ("Build success"), for routers running i2pd and I2P+.
On i2pd, you can also check the logs. When it displays "Host is down" message, it also probably logs an error, it may contain some info.
Also, these eepsites might just be down or not available anymore. You should check site uptime monitors such as http://notbob.i2p/ or http://isitup.i2p/ ("Alive hosts" tab or enter the address in the field).
You may check your connection by going to reputable and popular sites such as http://i2p-projekt.i2p/ or others.

Sometimes it feels like i2pd can build tunnels that don't work (maybe someone goes offline?), or some connections get stuck sometimes. Again, check logs.and I have to refresh the page until I can get it working...
Assuming you are using qbittorrent, you should also check the tracker status. If it's "Working" then it's good (it could connect to the tracker successfully). If it's "Not working" then it couldn't, and if it's "Updating" then it's trying to connect right now.Torrenting is fine though.
