There seems to be no libre way to torrent on android over I2P at the moment.
But I2P snark standalone over termux is probably possible. I have not been able to get it to work.
You could also try running the full I2P java suite in termux too.
There is also a propriety client called Tixati, which works with I2PD. You could block all outgoing connections to the app & have it communicate only on localhost to I2PD
I used it once to test a torrent.
